Requirements

A proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, particularly in pharmaceutical or AI healthcare, is essential, along with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and cancer diagnostics. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required, as is self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous, and willingness to travel to meet clients is necessary. The role is based in Florida.

Responsibilities

The Sales Account Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare institutions and oncologists, understanding their needs and goals. They will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets, identifying new opportunities for product adoption. Responsibilities include effectively communicating the value of AI-based medical tests, staying updated on industry trends, and positioning solutions accordingly. The role involves collaborating with the Marketing team, preparing and delivering presentations, leading negotiations, closing sales deals, and maintaining accurate sales activity records in a CRM system.
