Requirements

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Strong organizational and computer skills
Ability to work effectively within a quality management system
Must be able to read and write in English
US citizen with valid US Passport (to comply with ITAR)
Understanding of OSHA regulations, industry-specific safety practices, and other relevant standards
Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs
Skills in conducting thorough investigations and identifying root causes of incidents
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential hazards
Preferred: Aerospace industry experience

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver safety trainings for a 24/7 manufacturing site
Lead investigations after incidents, including near misses, safety incidents, or property damage
Foster a positive safety culture through communication, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement
Maintain accurate records of safety training, inspections, incidents, and other relevant data
Regularly inspect the facility, equipment, and work practices to identify hazards and ensure compliance
Ensure all equipment SQA uses follows OSHA standards and policies
Communicate to appropriate personnel when not in compliance
