Requirements

Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Industrial Health, and/or related field
Authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
Available for Summer 2026 (up to 40 hours per week; part-time during school year may be available)
Able to work on-site at the manufacturing facility in St. Joseph, MO

Responsibilities

Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis
Assist with Lead hygiene auditing
Perform conformance and compliance assessments and audits
Assist with IH (Industrial Hygiene) sampling
Assist with environmental compliance
Conduct weekly environmental inspections of the facility
Perform daily walkthroughs of production areas
Conduct observations of workstations
Use PowerBI and other programs to manage compliance
Attend EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) meetings
