Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Academic Background: BE/B.Tech from IIT/NIT/Tier-1 institutes
  • MBA from Tier 1 Colleges or equivalent management qualification combined with an engineering or technology foundation
  • Proven experience in defining, managing, or delivering projects with a significant AI or Gen AI component
  • Ability to advise clients on AI strategy, identify high-impact use cases, and build actionable adoption roadmaps
  • Skilled at translating business needs into AI solutions, acting as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams, and driving agile delivery of AI-enabled products
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise applications, with familiarity across major AI platforms (Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI) and integration into enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
  • Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and risk frameworks, with experience in guiding clients on responsible AI adoption
  • Domain Depth (at least one area desirable): PRD (CGS, Products) – Aftermarket services, customer experience, FSM, SAP platforms, and process mining with Data/AI-enabled transformation; Automobile & Industrial – SDV enablement, connected/EV/autonomous vehicles, mobility solutions (MaaS, diagnostics), compliance & safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, UN-R155); Platforms (SAP, PTC, NVIDIA) – Expertise in SAP PPM/PS/CPM/CPQ/EWM and emerging platforms (PTC, NVIDIA, Honeywell), application of AI, automation, and process mining; MedTech / Pharma – SaMD, SiMD, biopharma platforms (Salesforce, IQVIA, Veeva), QMS systems (Trackwise, Veeva), GxP compliance, and digital engineering for R&D, QA/QC; H&PS / Utilities (Smart)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated commitment to quality client service

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases, building adoption roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and industry trends
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions, translating business objectives into tangible products and measurable outcomes
  • Bridge business and technology teams, ensuring AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions meet strategic goals while fostering user adoption and change management
  • Engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, influencing decision-making and driving adoption of innovative, AI-powered business models
  • Shape product strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps for AI-driven initiatives across industries such as Mobility, Smart Cities, Aftersales Services, and Smart Connected Products
  • Develop and present executive-level recommendations, proposals, and business cases that clearly articulate the ROI and strategic impact of AI-enabled transformations
  • Demonstrate leadership by motivating multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, problem-solving, and ensuring successful execution of engagements
  • Project Delivery: Leading/working closely with business and client stakeholders to understand client pain points, diagnose problem areas, design solutions, and facilitate deployment
  • Practice Development: Reimagine, build, and transform client business and operations by developing cutting edge assets, tools and methodologies, development of PoVs, research, white papers, support development of Go-to-market offerings
