Requirements

  • Experience leading sales organizations in data security solutions (e.g., Cryptographic Security Platform (CSP), HSM, PKI, Keys & Secrets Management)
  • Proven track record in driving sales strategies, pipeline development, and customer engagement to achieve bookings, revenue, and ACV targets
  • Ability to leverage market intelligence, develop high-performing sales talent, and foster strategic partnerships
  • Expertise in route-to-market strategies across direct sales and channels (Resellers, Distributors, MSSPs, Global System Integrators)
  • Skills in new customer acquisition, existing customer expansion, account management, and achieving NRR/GRR goals
  • Proficiency in quota-setting, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization
  • Capability to collaborate with cross-functional executives on revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Experience in building pipelines for expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and new logo acquisitions
  • Knowledge of complex bids, quotes, pricing strategies, and competitive market dynamics
  • Strategic market awareness of industry trends, customer behaviors, and emerging opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Regional Data Security Sales annual performance objectives and revenue targets (40% Commercial & Business Management)
  • Serve as a key contributor to strategic business and go-to-market planning for the Americas
  • Lead efforts to plan, organize, and execute route-to-market strategies across direct and channel sales
  • Lead new customer acquisition, existing customer expansion, and account management efforts, including NRR/GRR goals
  • Implement quota-setting strategies aligned with growth targets and sales capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and efficiency
  • Accelerate sales growth by building strong pipelines and driving expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and new logos
  • Lead high standards for accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools
  • Deliver data-driven forecast information to Senior Leadership
  • Provide expert guidance on complex bids and quotes to optimize offers and pricing
  • Maintain strategic market awareness by monitoring trends, competition, and opportunities (30% Customer Relationship Management)
  • Lead customer engagement strategies to foster relationship excellence and build brand equity
  • Lead strategy for engaging C-level stakeholders, including executive sponsorship and strategic partnering (e.g., QBRs, briefings)
  • Represent Entrust at industry events, trade shows, guiding brand presence, thought leadership, speaking, and networking
