Responsibilities
Support exceptional member shopping experience by processing and sorting damaged, defective, and/or returned merchandise
Reduce salvage, obtain return authorizations from vendors, and re-wrap sellable merchandise
Work with speed and accuracy to facilitate organized processes
Accurately process damaged or defective merchandise following salvage, donation, vendor return, reverse logistics, hazardous waste, and destroy procedures
Obtain return authorizations from vendors, process vendor chargebacks, and package/ship merchandise returns based on vendor policies
Maintain correct stock/inventory status for all damaged, defective, and returned merchandise
Assess breakage logs for leaking, spoiled, and broken merchandise and process out of inventory
