Requirements

  • General high school degree, or equivalent (e.g. GED)
  • Computer skills (PC or laptop use, Microsoft Office, Basic Typing)
  • Strong math and counting skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must have floor presence and be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
  • SafetyChain CCP and Inventory Training
  • Trained on using Ops Apps to submit and maintain inventory records

Responsibilities

  • Organize WIP and manage Decant Zone
  • Ensure all materials required for proper decanting are available and ready for use before each shift and manage/maintain equipment (Brute totes with liners, Utility scale, Zebra printer and labels, Carts to move filled totes, Tablet/computer, Decanting hand tools)
  • Organize all speed racks as they come out of the blast chiller by item and meal to ensure proper decanting documentation
  • Maintain WIP Racks and Sauce bay: Ensure racks for storing decanted product are maintained and organized to flow with production
  • Ensure all labeling for sauces is correct, each pan is covered with a lid, and placed in the designated area marked for sauces by the site
  • At each end of shift, ensure all racks are decanted and area is cleared for the following shift or day
  • Take and verify CCPs using SafetyChain, fill out inventory form of tote weight for each tote created when decanting
  • Utilize SafetyChain and Ops Apps to audit current inventory
  • Own and manage all product coming out of the blast chiller with proper documentation before it is used in production or stored in WIP
  • Manage all product as it is rolled out of the blast chiller: organized, weighted, labeled, and stored properly
  • Manage WIP racks and area to ensure all product is clearly labeled, has a detailed home, and is updated as the ship week goes on
