Requirements
- Driver’s License with a good driving record (no exceptions)
- 2+ Years in Commercial Roofing
- Experience with various commercial roofing systems (e.g., cold applied B.U.R., E.P.D.M., TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Coatings, Metal Roof systems, Sheet Metal and related roof accessories)
- Safety minded, team player, with a focus on customer service
- Ability to safely work at heights on various commercial roof systems
- Ability to inspect and repair commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, etc.)
- Ability to safely operate tools and machinery
- Ability to learn and follow extensive safety policy
- Comfortable working in outside elements and working at heights
- Provide excellent, professional customer service to clients
Responsibilities
- Locating leaks
- Performing quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner
- Treating customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect
- Completion of defined scope projects
- Preventative maintenance activities
