Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical, robotics, automotive, electronics, or a similar technical field. Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes is required, along with experience in software and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with Jira or similar documentation tools is necessary. Candidates must be able to lift 70 lbs, spend extended periods on their feet, and possess a valid U.S. driver's license. Flexibility to work weekends and various shifts, including mornings and evenings, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Robotics Field Operations Technician will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair robots using hardware and software tools. They will monitor and support robots in the field, assist with the deployment and retrieval of robots, and conduct component-level and assembly-level testing to identify performance issues. Providing feedback to engineering and development teams, tracking and managing lab inventories, logging repair activities in Jira, assisting merchants and customers during delivery operations, and maintaining the cleanliness of robots to uphold the brand image are also key responsibilities.
