Candidates must have 1-3+ years of experience in operations or logistics, superior organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. They should be able to remain calm under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision. Availability for scheduled shifts 7 days a week, both day and night, is required. Candidates must be capable of spending multiple hours on their feet, comfortable riding a bicycle in a city environment, and able to drive a U-Haul sized vehicle. A valid US driver’s license is necessary, along with the ability to lift 70 lbs and pass a background check.
The Robotics Field Operations Associate will execute commercial end-to-end deliveries with Serve robots and support robots in the field as the primary point of contact. They will aid in the deployment of robots, maintain their appearance and cleanliness, and help ensure a safe workplace. The associate will contribute to developing necessary processes for safe robot operations, assist in quality assurance efforts, provide feedback to the development team, act as a point of contact for merchants and customers, and support day-to-day decision-making.
