Responsibilities
- Frequently travel (up to 75%) to customer construction sites to deploy and operate robots
- Debug issues as they arise during robot operation
- Support customers to complete their projects
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and customers to identify performance issues and areas for improvement
- Become an expert in operating the robotic system for accurate construction layout
- Represent the company while coordinating with customers for future projects and meeting them directly in the field
