High School Diploma or GED preferred
A minimum of one-year warehouse experience preferred
Must be able to operate a pallet jack
Good attention to detail
Ability to read batch labels
Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Must be team oriented and able to get along with others
Ability to work in extreme temperatures of 100+ degrees and below freezing

Responsibilities

Wrap all outbound orders in designated loading zones in compliance with company procedures and standards to ensure safe and organized product for deliveries
Build pallets according to preferred methods and wrap from bottom to top to avoid damage during transport
Notify supervisor of any issues
Complete work in a productive and timely manner, keeping pallets wrapped according to dispatch times to avoid hindering loader productivity
Verify header labels are in upper right-hand corner for easy loader location
Ensure work area is free of debris at all times
Help loaders by unloading trailers staged in doors (pallets, blankets, straps, debris); raise door, lock trailer to dock, and lower dock plate
Ensure Robo wrappers are clean and in good operational condition; avoid excess shrink wrap buildup, do not cut wrap from rollers with box cutter, do not place stickers on equipment, and wipe down at end of shift
Follow all safety work practices and maintain clean and orderly dock area
