Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring, investigating, and resolving potential fraudulent activity related to donations and fundraisers
Analyze patterns in transactions and content to identify emerging fraud trends
Support the implementation of tools and workflows that enhance fraud detection and mitigation
Collaborate with cross-functional partners on risk-related initiatives
Contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud playbooks, escalation paths, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Provide actionable insights from investigations to help strengthen platform defenses
