  • Assist in monitoring, investigating, and resolving potential fraudulent activity related to donations and fundraisers
  • Analyze patterns in transactions and content to identify emerging fraud trends
  • Support the implementation of tools and workflows that enhance fraud detection and mitigation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on risk-related initiatives
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud playbooks, escalation paths, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Provide actionable insights from investigations to help strengthen platform defenses
