Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related program at an accredited university or college
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship
  • Ability to work in-office at least 1-2 days per week in Tampa, FL (candidates not within reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless accommodation granted)

Responsibilities

  • Create and document results of control testing and review
  • Provide research support, develop work programs, engagement plans, and collaborate with audit team members
  • Assess risk of IT systems, operational processes, and financial processes
  • Attend control walkthroughs with management and external auditors
  • Assist with testing of IT General Controls
  • Assist with process modernization (including but not limited to automation, AI, etc.)
