Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with at least 7 years of experience in RIMS consulting, particularly within the life sciences industry. Strong technical skills in software configuration and implementation are essential, as is the ability to understand and translate customer business processes. Fluency in English is required, and experience working with pharmaceutical companies such as Merck, Bayer, Novo Nordisk, AstraZeneca, and others is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As a RIMS Senior Consultant, you will support a group of customers by understanding their business processes, providing guidance on Veeva Vault Regulatory suite features, discussing configuration changes, and applying necessary configurations. You will collaborate with other Veeva teams, shape ideas, enhance the delivery model, and work closely with the product management team to communicate customer requirements and meet evolving industry needs. Additionally, you will help keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Vault Regulatory suite and work closely with customer business and IT staff.
