This is a part-time position.
The position is based in Paris within the MiniMed organization, with occasional travel to the Scandinavian countries expected.
Responsibilities include providing HR support while ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations; building trusted partnerships with managers on employee lifecycle topics and performance campaigns; and collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise, Talent Acquisition, and managers to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Strong candidates will have HR business partnering experience, skills in employee lifecycle management, performance processes, talent attraction and development, and the ability to drive organizational development initiatives.
