Responsibilities

Assurer le support RH auprès de la population concernée, en veillant au respect des politiques RH, de la législation du travail et des exigences réglementaires
Établir des partenariats de confiance avec les managers, les accompagner sur les sujets liés au cycle de vie des collaborateurs et soutenir les campagnes annuelles de performance avec une définition et une évaluation cohérente des objectifs
Collaborer avec les Centres d’Expertise RH, l’Acquisition de Talents et les managers pour proposer des solutions RH intégrées et attirer, fidéliser et développer les meilleurs talents
Piloter des initiatives de développement organisationnel, renforcer les capacités business et conduire les projets de conduite du changement, y compris la communication et la planification des transitions
Conseiller sur la planification de la rémunération afin de garantir la compétitivité externe et l’équité interne
Promouvoir une expérience collaborateur exceptionnelle de bout en bout, en mettant en œuvre des stratégies favorisant l’engagement et une culture positive
Exploiter les données et indicateurs RH pour évaluer l’efficacité organisationnelle et recommander des améliorations ciblées
