Strong candidates will have 3–7 years of RF testing experience in aerospace or satellite environments, proficiency with RF instruments, and nice-to-haves like spacecraft RF systems experience, test automation with Python or LabVIEW, and knowledge of EMC/EMI or relevant standards.
