Requirements

Candidates should possess more than 10 years of experience in the design and integration of high-performance mixed signal systems, with a particular emphasis on design, analysis, characterization, integration, and testing, and deep expertise in high-speed (up to 10 GHz) RF and digital signal analysis, including component-level and system-level electrical analysis of dense, complex integrated systems. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and strong knowledge of tradeoffs involving all facets of system development, including RF electrical performance, thermal-mechanical constraints, and manufacturability, is essential.

Responsibilities

This role requires organizing and managing research and development projects involving technical teams of other domain experts, providing mentorship and guidance to team members, developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and partner organizations, creating and managing work plans to meet deadlines, leading and contributing to proposal and marketing efforts, and developing and presenting technical results in written reports and oral presentations to internal and external stakeholders and customers.
