Candidates should possess demonstrable writing experience, including experience reviewing movies, and a strong interest in movies and filmmaking. Familiarity with the film industry and understanding of running industry trends are also desired, along with knowledge of internet research and basic HTML.

Responsibilities

The Review/Editorial Writer Intern will be expected to write reviews of films to which press access is provided, contribute to conversation surrounding industry trends and movie news, develop unique feature and opinion content, and break down complex filmmaking decisions for a lay audience. They will also engage with the critical conversation surrounding the movie industry and assist with research using reputable information sources.
