Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a similar quantitative discipline, and possess at least 7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, data warehousing, or a related analytical role. Strong experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake is required, along with proficiency in data modeling techniques, including dimensional modeling and star/snowflake schemas. Experience with claims data, EHR systems, CRM, and payer systems is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Insights & Analytics Architect will be responsible for navigating and interpreting complex data architectures within cloud-based data warehouses, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, partnering with data engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and consistency, and leading the design and execution of scalable analytical solutions to optimize RCM operations and financial outcomes. They will also translate complex RCM datasets into meaningful insights through statistical modeling and machine learning, and conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover performance gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
