High school graduate or equivalent experience
Previous supervisory experience required
Two to three years of experience as a sales associate in a major sporting goods operation
Experience working with Mountain Sports hard goods and soft goods (ideal)
Familiarity with the Mammoth Mountain Resorts and action sports industry
Strong sales and customer service skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to maintain a clean store environment
Ability to perform duties such as lifting and shoveling snow, working in adverse weather conditions, and working in direct sun

Responsibilities

Assists in overseeing the daily operation and merchandising of the retail store
Creates and maintains a visually stunning presentation of products
Leads the team to optimize guest interaction and product selection
