Responsibilities

  • Monitors the flow of all shipments and ensures prompt follow-up on any discrepancies
  • Ensures the Back of House area is clean and organized to support smooth seasonal transitions and compliance with safety standards
  • Performs box counts and validates them against bills of lading, reporting any discrepancies, shortages, or damages immediately
  • Consistently controls and ensures the PRE standard within the BOH team
  • Uses the Refill Scorecard to improve the speed and efficiency of the BOH team
  • Manages the timely implementation and closing of markdowns/promotions
  • Assists the sales floor with product placement and stock replenishment
  • Uses correct reason codes, maintains control, and completes mis-mates within P&P guidelines; follows correct transfer and RTV procedures
  • Reviews the PIV report, manages negatives, and implements the negative reduction plan
