Requirements

Women on a career break, unemployed and out of the workforce for six months or more since last employment (no part-time, full-time, apprenticeship, contracting, self-employment, or remuneration in the last six months)
3-8 years’ experience in financial services or high-volume transaction processing preferred
Operations background in financial services/high volume transaction processing with people management experience
Good knowledge in MS-Office skills
Good communication and comprehension, numerical ability, problem solving skills, analytical and logical reasoning, and an eye for detail
Experience in business acceptance test planning, business analysis and research, business process mapping, and documentation of business requirements
Working knowledge in Retirement services preferred
Ability to write access queries along with working knowledge of SQL scripts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a team
Positive attitude and flexible, with a willingness to adapt to the changing needs
Sees the big picture and contributes through ideas and discussions
Logical reasoning and analytical thinking
Willing to work in shifts
Bachelor's in any discipline

Responsibilities

Work on live business projects and learn from functional experts (as part of the six-month internship program)
Integrate into project teams through structured onboarding, buddy support, and development opportunities (roles: Business Analyst/Associate Business Analyst, Specialist/Senior Specialist - Operations)
Support U.S. Workplace Investing and Health Care Group businesses in the complete process lifecycle, from onboarding customers to servicing, consulting, and performing complex financial transactions
