Requirements

Women on a career break, unemployed and out of the workforce for six months or more since last employment (no part-time, full-time, apprenticeship, contracting, self-employment, or remuneration in the last six months)
Expertise in data mining techniques and knowledge of visualization
Expertise and substantial experience in Data Analytics and modelling
Experience in machine learning and its application in business situations (desirable); exposure to building AI-based solutions (positive)
Working experience in SQL and Python
Experience in descriptive and predictive analytics
Outstanding track record in managing stakeholders and working within mature teams
MBA or master’s in Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, or Mathematics from leading Indian Universities with an excellent academic record
Prior experience in financial services industry and managing US clients (preferred)

Responsibilities

Work on live business projects in Analytics and Research
Use data mining techniques, visualization, data analytics, and modelling to solve business problems
Apply machine learning and AI-based solutions in business situations
Leverage SQL and Python for analytics tasks
Conduct descriptive and predictive analytics
Manage stakeholders and collaborate within mature teams
Enable business leaders to make informed decisions at operational, tactical, and strategic levels through research, advanced analytics, and decision sciences
