Responsibilities

Deploy the international training strategy adapted to the local market and support healthcare professionals in using Alcon products (contact lenses, maintenance solutions, eye drops)
Spend 70% of time on training and events with professionals across France
Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders, key professionals, associations, and educational institutions
Participate in congresses, symposia, and scientific communications using modern channels (specialized press, social media)
Provide clinical and technical expertise to internal teams (marketing, sales, key accounts)
Train hundreds of healthcare professionals annually and measure their satisfaction
Contribute to Alcon’s scientific reputation and the success of product launches
Play a key role in the prescription and adoption of innovative solutions in contactology and dry eye
