Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Vision Sciences (Optometry, Contactology) required
  • Minimum 2 years of practice in an optician’s office or store
  • Clinical expertise in contact lenses and dry eye
  • Teaching experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deploy the international training strategy adapted to the local market and support healthcare professionals in using Alcon products (contact lenses, maintenance solutions, eye drops)
  • Spend 70% of time on training and events with professionals across France
  • Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders, key professionals, associations, and educational institutions
  • Participate in congresses, symposia, and scientific communications using modern channels (specialized press, social media)
  • Provide clinical and technical expertise to internal teams (marketing, sales, key accounts)
  • Train hundreds of healthcare professionals annually and measure their satisfaction
  • Contribute to Alcon’s scientific reputation and the success of product launches
  • Play a key role in the prescription and adoption of innovative solutions in contactology and dry eye
