Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Expertise in QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools (manual and automated), including knowledge of test frameworks and test management tools is required. Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and strong problem-solving skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Lead will direct and mentor a team of QA engineers, establish robust QA processes and best practices, and collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams. They will oversee the creation and execution of test plans, implement and monitor load and performance testing, and identify and communicate key quality metrics, defects, and risks to stakeholders. Continuous evaluation and improvement of testing processes and team performance are also key responsibilities.
