Responsibilities

  • Lead meetings to review indicators and drive their improvement among medical staff to achieve clinic objectives
  • Supervise patient shift organization, considering pathology degree, mobility, etc
  • Ensure proper communication with patients and families, organizing encounters and visits, and providing pathology-related information
  • Control treatment quality, conducting follow-up and analysis of established indicators and parameters
  • Supervise concentrates and dialysis liquids per internal guidelines, ensuring treatment quality based on patient needs
  • Ensure patient incidents are managed, reported, and documented according to internal procedures and protocols
  • Supervise the update, filing, and custody of each patient's clinical history following current criteria and protocols
  • Participate in developing protocols related to care issues, in coordination with Medical Management
  • Collaborate in clinical studies to identify opportunities for evolution and improvement in renal therapy
  • Foster proactive relationships and communication with the reference center for patient follow-up and anticipating clinical situations, considering multidisciplinary hemodialysis treatments
  • Act as the reference contact for Transplant Centers, supervising their coordination with the clinic
  • Promote responsible management of resources and materials among clinic staff
  • Lead training for newly incorporated doctors and collaborate in ongoing training
