Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of industry related experience

  • Proficient knowledge of Bristol, LA, and Charlotte fixed facilities
  • Proficient knowledge of specific jobs within assigned scheduling responsibilities, as well as scheduling procedures and systems
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly and daily facility and assignment schedules for Content Operations groups, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and programming schedules while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor and implement changes issued by Programming or Production, consulting with the team to adjust facility and staffing needs as necessary and communicating changes effectively to all relevant groups and individuals
  • Evaluate and recommend staffing options for shows to compensate for illness, vacations, or other absences, utilizing extensive knowledge and experience to optimize resource allocation
  • Analyze and implement facility and staffing solutions to efficiently support routine and complex business needs
  • Anticipate complex event traffic information; create analysis to support problem solving
  • Direct special coverage or projects as required, leveraging skills and experience to drive successful outcomes and improvement
  • Attends industry events as it relates to the position
  • Positively and professionally represent the brand and model of the ESPN Content Operations Department
