Requirements

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a focus on customer service

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels to educate them about the benefits of solar energy
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions
  • Assist customers in understanding financing options, incentives, and rebates associated with solar installations
  • Prepare detailed proposals and present them to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management
