Requirements

  • 3+ years in off-the-plan project marketing or a related real estate role (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Highly organised with excellent coordination, time management, and reporting skills
  • Market knowledge of Sydney residential property and off-the-plan buyers
  • Technical proficiency: MS Office, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Canva, InDesign preferred
  • Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence preferred

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate and collaborate with developers, architects, creative agencies, media agencies, solicitors, and other key partners
  • Project Management: Work with the Project Director to manage sales and marketing campaigns, monitor lead conversion, and track performance
  • Campaign Strategy: Analyse buyer journeys, lead data, and market trends to provide strategic recommendations and optimise ROI
  • Event & Launch Support: Assist with high-profile launches, client engagements, and promotions
  • Brand & Marketing Oversight: Maintain project websites, digital campaigns, property listings, marketing materials, and display suites
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvements
  • Global Reach: Support offshore promotions and exhibitions when required
