Requirements
Candidates must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class B, along with a clean driving record and the ability to operate heavy trucks safely. Prior experience as a driver is preferred, and candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of safety regulations and vehicle maintenance procedures.
Responsibilities
The Residential Driver will be responsible for safely operating a collection truck, following assigned routes, and providing prompt and courteous waste removal services to customers. This includes performing pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections, operating the compactor and disposal site, interacting with customers and dispatchers, completing route and VCR reports, and maintaining adherence to productivity standards while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and Company policies.
