Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical or Public Health related field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or Oncology market in consulting or market research relevant area (desirable)
  • Market research and qualitative/quantitative research experience
  • Familiarity with conducting in-depth interviews (with necessary supervision from project leader)
  • Good communication and coordination skills with supporting modules (e.g., FW, Data Process, Quality Control team)

Responsibilities

  • Support project teams in the execution of market research projects, ensuring timely delivery
  • Assist in drafting research materials and contributing to the preparation of final reports
  • For Quantitative Studies: Design questionnaires
  • For Quantitative Studies: Create table specs and code frames
  • For Quantitative Studies: Chart reports with error-free data
  • For Quantitative Studies: Write key takeaway messages
  • For Qualitative Studies: Draft discussion guides
  • For Qualitative Studies: Conduct in-depth interviews (with supervision from project leader)
  • For Qualitative Studies: Prepare content analysis and summaries of IDIs
  • For Qualitative Studies: Assist in qualitative report preparation
  • Take responsibility in overall project management with minimal support from project leader
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with supporting modules
  • Manage time and resources effectively when handling multiple studies
  • Demonstrate strong performance and emotional intelligence under pressure
  • Provide on-the-job coaching to analysts/researchers or interns (if available)
