Candidates need a PhD with 3+ years or Masters with 5+ years in Speech Recognition/ASR, experience designing ASR algorithms for streaming/non-streaming, training/evaluating models, dataset curation, strong Python & C++ skills, Linux/Unix comfort, and good communication as a team player.

Strong candidates will have hands-on experience building 0 to 1 ASR solutions, including data pipelines, SOTA models, and evaluation pipelines, plus expertise with ESPNET, Kaldi, Pytorch, CUDA, LLMs for speech, and Neural/E2E Endpointer modeling.
