Proven experience in LC/MS/MS method development and validation
Strong background in food safety diagnostics and analytical chemistry

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize analytical methods using spectroscopic, chromatographic, and LC/MS/MS techniques
Design and execute experiments to evaluate chemical contaminants, natural toxins, allergens, and microorganisms in food matrices
Lead UPLC/MS/MS assay development projects from concept through validation
Analyze complex data sets and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and product development teams to bring new food safety solutions to market
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
