Responsibilities

As a Research Scientist, you will drive the development of AI systems with deep reasoning capabilities, focusing on the huge breadth of skills necessary for scientific reasoning. This includes engaging in language model post-training, generating and curating data, layering control strategies atop LLMs, and developing novel methodologies to advance the field. You will study and evaluate AI models both theoretically and empirically, aiming to advance their capabilities, and create impactful real-world applications such as in scientific synthesis. Additionally, you will collaborate with human scientists to develop state-of-the-art models that excel in scientific reasoning spanning literature synthesis, hypothesis formation, scientific coding, execution of computational experiments, and data analysis.
