Requirements

PhD in Psychometrics, Research and Measurement, Quantitative Psychology, or a related field
1+ years of experience conducting psychometric research
Proficient in R, SAS, or Python for large-scale data analysis
Familiar with IRT, CDM, CAT, LOFT, and other psychometric models
Understand educational assessment design and validity studies
Communicate technical content clearly to non-technical audiences
Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Knowledgeable about educational programs and instructional approaches
Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with ease
Eager to stay current with advances in psychometric research
Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Responsibilities

Conduct and manage psychometric studies that support product development and evaluation
Translate complex psychometric topics into clear, accessible formats
Collaborate with internal teams and external researchers to support research execution
Prepare research briefs, technical documents, and presentations
Contribute to conference presentations, journal publications, and white papers
Assist in preparing materials for the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)
