Requirements

  • PhD in Psychometrics, Research and Measurement, Quantitative Psychology, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience conducting psychometric research
  • Proficient in R, SAS, or Python for large-scale data analysis
  • Familiar with IRT, CDM, CAT, LOFT, and other psychometric models
  • Understand educational assessment design and validity studies
  • Communicate technical content clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Knowledgeable about educational programs and instructional approaches
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with ease
  • Eager to stay current with advances in psychometric research
  • Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage psychometric studies that support product development and evaluation
  • Translate complex psychometric topics into clear, accessible formats
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external researchers to support research execution
  • Prepare research briefs, technical documents, and presentations
  • Contribute to conference presentations, journal publications, and white papers
  • Assist in preparing materials for the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)
