Responsibilities

  • Actively involved in creating, reimagining, and launching new innovations to improve consumers' lives
  • Dive into the innovation process and advance real business needs
  • Collaborate with talented technologists and mentors to strengthen skillsets and develop new areas of mastery
  • Innovate, develop, and manufacture consumer products in areas such as Products Research, Product Formulation & Design, Packaging & Device Development, Process Development & Pilot Plant Operations, Material Development, Modeling and Simulation, or Data Science
  • In Products Research: Deeply understand consumers and their needs to inform product design parameters
  • In Product Formulation & Design: Translate consumer needs into delightful finished-products using best technologies/chemicals/materials
  • In Packaging & Device Development: Create and improve packages and devices with superior function, premium design, and sustainability
  • In Process Development & Pilot Plant Operations: Translate ideas into design and scale-up of commercially feasible manufacturing processes
  • In Material Development: Develop new raw material technologies for high quality and performance
  • In Modeling and Simulation: Develop mathematical models to speed innovations across R&D
  • In Data Science: Communicate complex data/algorithms into simple conclusions to drive action and better decision-making
