Requirements

Strong attention to detail, execution efficiency, critical thinking skills, and ability to quickly grasp new concepts
Excellent communication skills in English (writing, editing, and presenting)
Demonstrated research experience, including finding and validating information, building hypotheses, dealing with complex/technical materials, and understanding different sources of information
Comfortable handling information in both Chinese and English
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in public health, healthcare management, international relations, economics, business, or related fields (preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge and/or interest in global healthcare systems through academic and/or professional research (preferred)
Prior healthcare experience (a plus but not required)

Responsibilities

Monitor and summarize major healthcare policy and reimbursement reforms across Greater China (including Taiwan and Hong Kong)
Translate key healthcare policy documents and announcements from Chinese to English
Update and maintain monthly healthcare datasets and trackers
Develop charts, graphs, and PowerPoint materials to support healthcare research outputs
Draft research notes and assist in writing more in-depth policy analysis reports under supervision
Track and analyze healthcare policy reforms, healthcare payment and reimbursement policies
Compile and update public healthcare datasets monthly
Contribute to policy translation summaries, data tracking reports, policy research papers, and visual materials
