Candidates should have at least 2 years of analytics or reporting experience in a software, product, or data operations environment. Strong hands-on experience building dashboards in Domo and proficiency in SQL with the ability to query and manipulate complex datasets are required. Familiarity with Jira data structures, issue hierarchies, and Agile workflows, along with excellent communication and documentation skills, is also necessary. Experience reporting on product development, SDLC, or Agile delivery metrics is preferred.
The Reporting Analyst will design, build, and maintain key dashboards in Domo supporting SDLC tracking, release health, and adoption metrics. They will own and maintain Jira reporting hygiene by ensuring consistent tagging, statuses, and structure for epics and stories. Responsibilities include developing custom SQL queries, monitoring dashboard freshness, tracking planning and execution metrics for product requirements, and surfacing progress on internal communications deliverables. The analyst will also create visibility into tool usage and user adoption metrics, partner with PMM to define standard reporting, drive automation of reporting workflows, and deliver recurring reporting packages to R&D and cross-functional leadership.
