Requirements

  • Experienced Administrator with previous administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Ability to plan, prioritise workloads, and interpret/report accurate data
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and across all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to take ownership of queries through to resolution
  • NVQ in Administration (desirable) or previous proven experience
  • Previous experience as Branch Administrator, Service Coordinator, Repair Coordinator, or Customer Service Administrator (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, allocation, and safety compliance for repair work, including risk assessments and method statements
  • Ensure proper use of compliance processes, PPE adherence, and organise engineers’ equipment and documentation
  • Attend site meetings, write reports, and alert the Field Repair Manager to potential issues or delays
  • Oversee the completion of repair works, manage payment milestones, invoicing, and procurement of materials
  • Investigate accidents/near-misses, prepare contract variation quotes, and handle any additional tasks as assigned by senior management
  • Collaborate with managers to oversee engineers and subcontractors
  • Support the field management team in achieving branch objectives for major and minor repairs, ensuring targets, goals, and deadlines are met
  • Encompass all aspects of project delivery, including health and safety, workforce coordination, and customer service
