Position Overview

RemoteVA PH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Surveillance Assistant to monitor video feeds from various surveillance systems. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients by identifying potential issues, recording incidents, and reporting any anomalies in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live video feeds from multiple locations and observe any suspicious activity.
• Document incidents or anomalies accurately and in real-time.
• Communicate effectively with security teams about any concerns or potential threats.
• Review and analyze recorded footage for specific incidents as requested.
• Ensure that all reports and documentation are maintained in compliance with company policies.
• Regularly check and maintain the functionality of surveillance equipment.
• Assist in the training of new staff on surveillance protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in surveillance monitoring or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications.
