Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Illinois)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions to clients in Illinois. As a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, our mission is to help people live happy, successful lives. We prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care by supporting our clinicians and allowing them to focus on what they do best.

Qualifications

  • Required Licenses (Illinois):
    • LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
    • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
    • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
  • Clinicians must be licensed and residing in Illinois.

Compensation

  • Up to $120,900 annually, dependent on licensure, sessions completed, and bonus opportunities.

What We Need

  • Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
  • A true partnership approach.
  • Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
  • Candidates interested in potential growth into leadership/supervisor roles.
  • Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
  • Strong character, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality of care.
  • Individuals who enjoy teamwork and professional development.
