Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Illinois)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions to clients in Illinois. As a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, our mission is to help people live happy, successful lives. Qualifications

• Required Licenses (Illinois):
  • LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
• Clinicians must be licensed and residing in Illinois.

Compensation

• Up to $120,900 annually, dependent on licensure, sessions completed, and bonus opportunities.

What We Need

• Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• A true partnership approach.
• Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Candidates interested in potential growth into leadership/supervisor roles.
• Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
• Strong character, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality of care.
• Individuals who enjoy teamwork and professional development.
