Responsibilities

The Remote Certified Medical Assistant will assist patients throughout the telehealth process by guiding them through virtual intake, collecting vital signs and medical history, administering screening questionnaires, and troubleshooting technical issues. They will handle inbound calls, assess patient needs, provide proactive technology support, escalate clinical concerns to Registered Nurses, accurately document patient interactions in EHR systems, index patient cases, and offer live phone support to patients.
