Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree in Engineering or Reliability disciplines is a plus)
  • Extensive experience in Planning: creating and managing detailed maintenance schedules that minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation, forecasting parts, labor, and equipment needs while aligning with production targets and reliability goals
  • Expertise in Problem Solving: diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical failures using root cause analysis, FMEA, and data-driven techniques, with proven ability to implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence and improve system reliability
  • Hands-on experience in Quality Management: applying quality standards such as ISO or Six Sigma within maintenance and reliability processes, integrating quality checks into maintenance workflows to ensure compliance and reduce variability
  • Practical experience in Industrial Automation/Automatic Control: working with PLCs, automated control systems, and sensor-based technologies in a manufacturing environment, troubleshooting automation issues, and optimizing control systems
  • Experience in Vendor/Supplier Management: negotiating with suppliers for spare parts and maintenance services, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards, managing vendor relationships for cost-effective solutions
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week at the Dallas, TX office

Responsibilities

  • Drive reliability improvements by analyzing equipment performance, identifying root causes of failures, and implementing corrective actions to maximize uptime
  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using advanced tools and data analytics to optimize asset life cycles
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, design, and quality teams to ensure maintenance plans align with production goals and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and report key reliability metrics, leveraging insights to recommend continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving opportunities
  • Support compliance with safety and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of reliability and operational excellence across the division
