Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
  • 3+ years of engineering experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience
  • Proven background in reliability engineering and equipment performance optimization
  • Preferred
  • Experience managing small capital projects from design through commissioning
  • Familiarity with MRO supplier evaluation and technical maintenance service providers
  • Proficiency in maintaining and updating technical documentation and engineering drawings

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot day-to-day equipment malfunctions and deliver engineered solutions that minimize downtime
  • Lead small capital projects, managing scope, budget, and startup support within schedule
  • Own reliability performance for assigned plant areas, proactively addressing issues along the P-F curve
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to guide repair, replacement, or redesign decisions with minimal operational impact
  • Develop and maintain KPI metrics, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for performance tracking
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and throughput through routine analysis and cross-functional collaboration
