This is an on-site role at the Yuma, Arizona distribution center, which operates 24/7.
Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field), 3+ years of engineering experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment, and strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience. A proven background in reliability engineering and equipment performance optimization is also required.
The role reports to the Maintenance Engineering Manager within the Engineering Department, and the Reliability Engineering team partners closely with operations and maintenance.
A strong candidate has the required bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience, plus preferred skills like experience managing small capital projects from design through commissioning, familiarity with MRO supplier evaluation, and proficiency in maintaining technical documentation and engineering drawings.
