A $3 shift differential is available for hours worked between 7p and 7a, $2 on weekends, and $5 on weekend nights. The position may also be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, providing up to $10,000 in assistance.
The role involves supervising and directing patient care, serving as a resource for staff on policies and procedures, monitoring staffing levels, coordinating resources and patient placement, investigating complaints, and handling administrative decisions.

Candidates must be able to work the specified night shift hours, possess visual acuity for position duties, and have the ability to communicate effectively, hear, understand speech, along with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform essential functions like supervising staff and making administrative decisions.
