Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Passion, dedication, knowledge, motivation, and experience
Ability to function as part of the hemodialysis health care team
Knowledge of FMS policies, procedures, and training
Commitment to FMCNA's mission, vision, values, customer service philosophy, Quality Enhancement Program (QEP), CQI activities, and Compliance Program

Responsibilities

Manage Patient Care Technicians in providing safe, effective delivery of chronic hemodialysis therapy
Delegate tasks, train, and monitor direct-patient staff, including LVNs/LPNs and Dialysis Assistants
Assess care needs and develop assignments
Ensure provision of quality patient care on a daily basis
Drive FMS culture through values and customer service standards
Provide outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Develop and maintain effective relationships through effective and timely communication
Take initiative to respond, resolve, and follow up on customer service issues
Direct Patient Care Technicians' provision of safe and effective chronic hemodialysis therapy in compliance with facility policy and procedure manuals
Support process improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and achievement of QEP goals
Adhere to all FMCNA Compliance Program requirements and FMS patient care and administrative policies
