Up to $15,000.00 retention bonus is available for new employees, defined as someone who has not been employed with Rogers for more than six months.
The role is primarily at the Oconomowoc campus in a residential facility, with some positions requiring floating to West Allis and Brown Deer campuses. Full-time schedules are 36-40 hours, part-time 24-32 hours, or pool/flex, with shifts 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, or 11pm-7:30am.
A Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with a registered nurse license in good standing from the State Board of Nursing in the state of employment. American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire (bi-annual recertification), formal training in management of the aggressive patient within 60 days (annual recertification), and previous psychiatric experience is preferred.
