Current Registered Nurse license
Clinical experience
Direct experience/exposure to anticoagulation management or homecare preferred
Health education training experience preferred
Completion of assigned educational prerequisites
Proof of health screening documentation
Successful completion of consumer report (background check) and pre-employment drug screening
Computer and smart device proficiency

Proficient in basic website and application troubleshooting using smart device
Reliable transportation
Ability to travel a minimum of 100 miles roundtrip (100% travel)

Responsibilities

Remotely set up training appointments directly with customers/caregivers
Travel to customers' home settings within general geographic location
Demonstrate and instruct customers and/or caregivers on proper use and care of PT/INR equipment
Explain test reporting options
Communicate and present in a professional manner
Accurately document and submit patient training records electronically
Maintain communications with Acelis Connected Health by cell phone, email, and internet
Work with human blood or other potentially infectious materials
