Responsibilities

  • Remotely set up training appointments directly with customers/caregivers
  • Travel to customers' home settings within general geographic location
  • Demonstrate and instruct customers and/or caregivers on proper use and care of PT/INR equipment
  • Explain test reporting options
  • Communicate and present in a professional manner
  • Accurately document and submit patient training records electronically
  • Maintain communications with Acelis Connected Health by cell phone, email, and internet
  • Work with human blood or other potentially infectious materials
